The IDF fires on residential areas of Rafah; demolishes 2 Palestinian homes, a building housing a kindergarten in Dahaysha r.c.; detonates explosives on the 2d floor of a 4-story apartment building in Dahaysha r.c., destroying several apartments, rendering the whole building uninhabitable; conducts arrest raids, house searches in ‘Aida r.c., Bayt Jala, Bethlehem and nearby al-Khadir, al-Bireh, Hebron, al-Mazra’ al-Sharqiyya nr. Ramallah, Qarawat Bani Zayd, Ramallah, Tulkarm r.c. and town. Palestinians fire a Qassam rocket at Sederot, causing no damage or injuries.
