An IDF tank opens fire on a British news crew filming IDF demolitions of 2 Palestinian homes in Rafah, killing British journalist James Miller. The IDF also bulldozes 77 dunams of land in Khuza; fires on residential areas of Dayr al-Balah; fires on stone-throwing Palestinians in Bayt Furik and Qalandia, wounding a total of 10; conducts arrest raids in Khan Yunis. In Gaza City, 10,000s of Palestinians attend the funeral for Palestinians slain by the IDF during a raid on 5/1, also denouncing Abbas’s call for a cease-fire, disarmament of Palestinian militant groups.
