The IDF arrests 2 Palestinians with explosives at an IDF checkpoint in the West Bank, apparently averting a suicide bombing; conducts arrest raids in Jenin; blows up a “suspicious looking” Palestinian car in al-Khadir; invades Mighraqa, destroying a number of electricity towers, cutting power to the village, bulldozing the roads inside the village, digging trenches across the main road, damaging the water network; conducts arrest raids in al-Qarara; shells residential areas of Khan Yunis.
