Lebanese DM Ghazi Zaytir suggests that Lebanon may ask Syria to deploy troops along the Israeli-Lebanese border if Israel withdraws unilaterally. Although Zaytir says his statements reflect his personal views, Israel expresses concern, suspecting the idea is backed by Syria.
