In the West Bank, Israeli settlers chop down 35 olive trees nr. Hebron; assault a 10-year-old Palestinian boy as he plays in the snow nearby. (Separately, the IDF arrests a Palestinian playing in the snow in East Jerusalem.) The IDF conducts house searches and raids in 2 villages nr. Qalqilya (issuing summons to 6 Palestinians) and 1 nr.
