Overnight in the West Bank, IDF troops arrest 1 Palestinian on a raid nr. Ramallah, sparking clashes with stone-throwing Palestinian youths; 1 Palestinian is killed when Israeli soldiers shoot and wound him, then ram him with a jeep. The IDF closes a market nr. Nablus in response to reported shooting at Israeli vehicles in the area on 6/13. IDF troops conduct late-night house searches and raids in Hebron and al-‘Arub r.c. and 1 village nearby, arresting 2 Palestinians; patrol in 2 villages nr. Hebron. Israeli forces level over 10 dunams (around 2.5 acres) of Palestinian land nr. Nablus In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces conduct a raid in Silwan, assaulting 1 Palestinian and arresting another. The Israeli cabinet approves a bill that would allow hunger-striking prisoners to be force-fed if their lives are determined to be in danger. The IDF publishes a 275-page report on OPE, concluding that Israeli forces did not commit war crimes, but that Hamas and other armed Palestinian groups did, and that at least 44% of the over 2,000 Palestinians killed in OPE were armed fighters.
