The Israeli authorities transfer Palestinian prisoner Allan from Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba to Barzilai Medical Center in Ashqelon. Barzilai’s director Chezy Levy’s position was that force-feeding was “unacceptable,” but the center would consider the practice to save a life. Meanwhile in the Nafha and Ramon Prisons, where 180 Palestinians ended a 5-day hunger strike on 8/9, around 560 prisoners declare a campaign of “complete disobedience” in protest of poor conditions in the prisons.
