In Yatta, West Bank, 1 Palestinian is killed, 2 are wounded, 40 are detained when PA police attempt to arrest Yatta mayor Isma'il Abu Hamid, who is running as an independent for a seat on the Palestinian Council, for collaboration with the Israelis.
