In the West Bank, 1 Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli forces after he allegedly killed 3 Israeli settlers and injured 3 others in and around the Ariel settlement. 5 of the settlers were stabbed and 1 was killed in a car ramming. Israeli forces took measurements for a punitive demolition of the alleged assailant’s family home in Haris on 11/16. Israeli settlers attacked 1 Palestinian near Deir Sharaf, forcing him out of his vehicle, assaulting him, and setting the vehicle on fire. Israeli settlers also threw stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling near Hebron, Sa‘ir, Ar-Rashida, Yasuf, Ramin, Haris, Burin, and Kafr Laqif, causing damage. Elsewhere, Israeli settlers threw stones at Palestinian homes in ‘Urif. Israeli settlers also set up a mobile home in ‘Asira al-Qibliya. Israeli forces shot and injured 1 Palestinian minor with a baton round to his head during a raid in Dura. Israeli forces also violently dispersed a funeral procession in Beit Umar, injuring 1 minor with live ammunition and others with tear gas. 13 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Dura, Hebron, Far‘un, Ramallah, Jaba‘ and Aneen. Axios reported that UAE foreign minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan told former Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the UAE has concerns about Netanyahu’s alliance with Itamar Ben-Gvir and the Otzma Yehudit party. Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinians protesting the U.S. administration’s peace plan in and around Qalqilya, Kafr Qaddum, Qiffin, ‘Azun, and Ramallah; 2 Palestinians were injured by live ammunition, 1 was hit by a tear gas canister to the head and other suffered tear-gas related injuries. Israeli forces also clashed with Palestinians during raids in Dura and Bayt Umar, causing tear-gas related injuries. 4 Palestinians were arrested at checkpoints near Nablus and al-‘Arub refugee camp. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces injured 1 Palestinian in Issawiyya during a raid.
