In the West Bank, Israeli forces demolished 2 car repair shops in Luban al-Sharqiyya and handed 1 demolition order for a rural school in the Jordan Valley east of Tubas. 13 Palestinians were arrested during raids in and around Bayt Umar, Hebron, Bethlehem, al-Khadir, Qarawat Bani Hassan, Dayr Istya, Kafr Haris, Jaba‘, and Qalqilya; clashes erupted during the raid in Jaba‘, leading to tear-gas related injuries. In Gaza, Israeli authorities said that 1 rocket was launched from Gaza toward Israel, but fell on the Gaza side of the fence. Israeli forces opened fire at farmlands east of Gaza City; no injuries were reported. Off the coast of Gaza, Israeli naval forces opened fire on Palestinian fishermen 3 nautical miles west of Sudaniyya and Bayt Lahiya; no injuries were reported. The IDF reinforces troops in Hebron; shoots, wounds a Palestinian teenager playing with a toy gun nr. Ramallah; shoots, wounds 5 Palestinians allegedly carrying weapons at checkpoints across the West Bank; conducts predawn arrest raids, house searches in Hebron, al-Jalazun r.c. nr. Ramallah, al-Khadir (arresting 10 Palestinian boys ages 14–18); confiscates 110 d. of agricultural land in al-Jaba‘a southwest of Bethlehem for construction of a settler bypass road linking Gush Etzion settlement to Bethlehem.
