After a day of talks with settlement leaders who threaten to stage a showdown over his plans to evacuate 15 illegal settlements, PM Barak agrees not to evacuate residents fr. 3 of the 15 encampments, preserves a school at a 4th, allows livestock to remain at a 5th.
