In Hebron, IDF troops in H2 clash with Palestinian demonstrators in H1, shooting across the dividing line btwn. the 2 sections of town, wounding at least 40 before PA security forces are able to disperse the crowd. Palestinians chant "PLO, Israel no!" Settlers complain that the IDF should use live ammunition instead of rubber bullets, the 4/5 of Hebron turned over to the PA should be retaken.
