Military Action:

IDF reinforcements, moved into Beqaa during last week's build-up of forces, begin to pull back, estimated 10,000 troops involved.

Casualties:

1 IDF soldier wounded, 1 guerrilla captured in Beirut attack; IDF arrests more than 100, mostly Lebanese, after massive search operation around Tyre, Sidon and Nabatieh, prison camp set up for 50 women detainees; 1 IDF soldier wounded by remote controlled bomb near Sidon, several villagers arrested.
