The IDF fires on stone-throwing youths in Qalqilya, killing 1 Palestinian; fires on residential areas of Rafah. IDF soldiers surround the homes of 7 Tulkarm families, threaten to demolish them if their wanted sons do not turn themselves in; 1 Palestinian turns himself in, no homes are destroyed. An IDF tank rolls over, destroys an empty ambulance in Rafah. Palestinians report that Jewish settlers fr. Shim’a have recently set up a new unauthorized outpost nr.
