The IDF conducts late-night patrols in Nur Shams r.c. nr. Tulkarm, an open area nr. Tulkarm, and 2 villages nr. Qalqilya and Ramallah. In revenge for clashes on 9/23, Jewish settlers fr. Esh Kodesh outpost uproot a total of 550 Palestinian olive trees from 2 nearby plots. Jewish settlers in Hebron beat Palestinians and vandalize Palestinian property in at least 3 separate incidents.
