An Israeli court agrees to delay the evacuation of Migron outpost (scheduled for 8/1) until 8/21 to allow the High Court to hear an appeal by some Migron settlers claiming to have purchased their lots from the Palestinian owners. Lawyers for Peace Now, representing the Palestinians, win a further delay until 8/28 to prepare for the case. (CSM 9/1; HA, JAZ 9/2)
