Elsewhere, Israeli settlers attacked Palestinians harvesting olives in Ni‘lin, injuring 1 and stealing olive-harvesting equipment. Israeli settlers also fenced off Palestinian-owned land in preparation to make a new settlement outpost in Kisan. Israeli forces delivered stop-work notices for 4 agricultural sheds in al-Khadir. Israeli forces also seized 1 road grader owned by the municipality of al-Zawiya as it was working to refurbish a rural road. 8 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Qaddura refugee camp, Bayt Liqya, Jalazun refugee camp, Tulkarm, and Kafr Qaddum; during the raid in Qaddura refugee camp, Israeli forces clashed with Palestinians; no injuries were reported.
