In the West Bank, Israeli settlers vandalize Palestinian property and raze land during a raid in al-‘Awja. Israeli forces shoot and kill 2 Palestinians and injure 2 others, including a 2-year-old child, during a raid in Tulkarm. Israeli forces also shoot and injure 3 Palestinians, including a child, during a raid in Burqa. Elsewhere, Israeli forces shoot and injure a Palestinian man near al-Arroub refugee camp. Israeli forces also shoot and injure a Palestinian man in Beit Furik. Meanwhile, Israeli forces demolish 2 homes and violently disperse Palestinians with tear gas during a raid in Beit Umar. Israeli forces also demolish a rental property in al-Zawiya. Separately, Israeli forces demolish a house under construction in Kardala. Israeli forces also seize Palestinian-owned caravans in Bardala. Elsewhere, Israeli forces arrest 12 Palestinians during raids in and around Nablus, Ramallah, Qalqilya, and Jenin. 2 Israeli settlers are injured in a car ramming near Deir Qaddis. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers set fire to 3 Palestinian vehicles in Sheikh Jarrah. Israeli forces demolish al-Bustan Association center in Silwan. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb Gaza City, Jabalia refugee camp, Nuseirat refugee camp, Beit Lahiya, Rafah, Dayr al-Balah, Maghazi, and al-Mawasi, killing at least 47 people. In Lebanon, Israeli forces bomb Beirut, Yahmar al-Sharif, Tebnine, Bint Jbeil, Ainata, Sultaniya, Kfar Reman, al-Shaitiyah, Shamaa, Zibqin, Majdal Zoun, and Qalila, killing at least 16 people. Hezbollah forces fire rockets at the Kirya and Amos military bases, and at a base in Nahariya. 6 Israeli soldiers are killed in southern Lebanon. In Syria, Israeli forces bomb the Homs region. More than 43,712 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza, including at least 17,385 children and 11,487 women, and around 103,258 have been injured since 10/7/2023. At least 10,000 people are missing in rubble. 785 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since 10/7/2023, including 168 children. More than 6,500 people have been injured. Israel reports that 1,139 Israelis and foreign nationals have been killed and 5,400 have been injured in Israel since 10/7/2023, including Israeli soldiers. In addition, 373 Israeli soldiers have been killed and 2,425 injured in Gaza since the ground invasion began on 10/27/2023. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. 87% of all housing units in Gaza have been destroyed or severely damaged since 10/7/2023. UNRWA commissioner-general Phillippe Lazzarini addresses the UN General Assembly pleading for members to help protect UNRWA, saying “Israel is working to unilaterally shift the long-established parameters for resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.” Lazzarini also says Israel is attacking the agency in “a fierce, global disinformation campaign” that UNRWA cannot defend itself from because Israel does not present any evidence. The General Assembly votes 170-6 in favor of a resolution affirming the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination. Haaretz reports that the Israeli military has distributed training and planning materials that show plans to occupy Gaza until at least the end of 2025. The plans including building roads, cellular antennas, buildings, and water, sewage, and electricity networks. (AJ, HA 11/13)

Israeli defense minister Israel Katz says Israel will not agree to a ceasefire in Lebanon until Hezbollah agrees to withdraw north of the Litani River. (AJ, HA 11/13)

U.S. secretary of state Antony Blinken tells reporters that Israel has succeeded in its war goals in Gaza and that it is time to end the war. Blinken also says he wants to see long pauses in the Israeli bombing so aid can get in. Reuters reports that EU high commissioner for foreign affairs Josep Borrell has proposed that EU member states suspend political dialogue with Israel, citing Israel’s human rights violations in Gaza.
