In the West Bank, Israeli settlers raid Deir Dibwan, setting fire to vehicles. Israeli settlers also vandalize olive trees in Rujeib. Elsewhere, Israeli settlers assault Palestinians during a raid in Khirbet Zanuta. Israeli settlers also seize Palestinian homes in al-‘Awja. Israeli forces withdraw from Jenin after a 10-day raid which left 21 Palestinians dead and caused vast destruction of buildings and infrastructure. Israeli forces, protecting Israeli settlers raiding Qaryut, shoot and kill a 13-year-old Palestinian girl. The girl was reportedly killed while she was in her bedroom with her sisters. Earlier in the day, Israeli settlers also raided the village, assaulting a Palestinian man. Israeli forces also violently disperse Palestinian anti-settlement protesters in Beita, killing American citizen Aysenur Ezgi Eygi with a shot to the back of her head. A Palestinian man is injured by shrapnel during the crackdown on the protest. Elsewhere, Israeli forces raid Husan, injuring a woman with glass shrapnel after opening fire at her window. Israeli forces also violently arrest a Palestinian man at a flying checkpoint in Shuqba, severing 2 of his fingers and fracturing 2 others. Meanwhile, Israeli forces violently disperse Palestinian protesters in Burin, causing tear-gas related injuries. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb Gaza City, Khan Yunis, Rafah, Maghazi, Nuseirat refugee camp, and Jabalia refugee camp. There is no update from the Gaza Ministry of Health on the number of casualties. In Lebanon, Israeli forces bomb Kafr Kila and Burj al-Muluk, injuring 2 people. Israeli forces also bomb al-Matmura, Tell en-Nhas, and el-Hamames, reportedly with white phosphorus shells. Hezbollah forces fire rockets at al-Manara and Metula, causing damage in Metula. At least 10,000 people are missing in rubble. 681 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since 10/7/2023, including 149 children. More than 5,420 people have been injured. Israel reports that 1,139 Israelis and foreign nationals have been killed and 5,400 have been injured in Israel since 10/7/2023, including Israeli soldiers. In addition, 340 Israeli soldiers have been killed and 2,270 injured in Gaza since the ground invasion began on 10/27/2023. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. At least 79,000 housing units have been destroyed and 370,000 have been damaged in Israeli airstrikes since 10/7/2023. UNRWA says 355,000 children in Gaza have received the polio vaccine. Haaretz publishes videos of Israeli prison guards humiliating and intimidating Palestinian prisoners in the Megiddo Prison. The videos show dozens of Palestinian prisoners laying on their stomachs with their hands tied while police dogs bark in their faces. (HA, WAFA 9/7)

The family of Aysenur Ezgi Eygi calls on the U.S. to conduct an independent investigation into her killing, saying the Israeli probe was “inadequate.” UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric calls for a full investigation. U.S. secretary of state Antony Blinken says when asked about the killing that the U.S. “deplore this tragic loss” and that it will “gather the facts.” The Turkish Foreign Ministry condemns the killing in a statement. Ezgi Eygi, who was a member of the International Solidarity Movement, was a dual American and Turkish citizen. Qatar and Jordan also condemn the killing. German foreign minister Annalena Baerbock meets with PA prime minister Mohammad Mustafa in Ramallah, discussing the situation in Palestine. Baerbock also meets with Israeli foreign minister Israel Katz in Tel Aviv, urging Israel not to take “Gaza-like action in the West Bank” which she says some members of the Israeli government have called for.
