King Hussein states that Palestinians who participate in proposed joint Jordanian-Palestinian delegation to peace talks will deal with Palestinian-Israeli issues while Jordanian members will deal with Jordanian-Israeli issues, but notes that PLO has not yet approached Jordan about joint delegation.
