Unidentified persons detonate a roadside explosive targeting PA PM Hamdallah’s 3- vehicle convoy in an apparent assassination attempt near Bayt Hanun in Gaza; 7 Palestinians are injured and 3 cars are damaged. Unhurt, Hamdallah attends an inauguration of a wastewater treatment plant. PA officials initially blame Hamas for the attack.
