The IDF sends tanks into Bayt Lahia for 1 hr., withdraws without incident; conducts another arrest raid in Tulkarm. Armed, plain-clothes PSF officers attempt to arrest a wanted Hamas mbr. when he arrives for work at a UN clinic in Gaza. When the man flees, the officers open fire, chase him into the clinic, and continue to fire, wounding 3 bystanders and the wanted man, who escapes. The UN protests the PSF's handling of the incident.
