In the 4th day of reprisals for the 1/9 Hamas attack, the IDF shells a PA naval police office in Gaza City, confiscates several fishing boats, bulldozes a warehouse; sends naval commandos to blow a hole in Arafat's yacht, anchored at the base; demolishes 7 Palestinian houses in Rafah, injuring 8 Palestinians; bulldozes olive trees, conducts arrest raids in Qalqilya, Tulkarm.
