The IDF continues to reinforce blockades around major Palestinian cities, towns. Palestinians in Ikrama report some 70 IDF tanks moving toward Tulkarm. Arafat appeals to the international community to intervene with Israel, warning the situation in the territories is extremely dangerous. (WT 1/20)
