In Qalqilya, IDF soldiers shoot, wound 9 Palestinians protesting the confiscation of Palestinian lands to set up a fence separating the city fr. Israel. 2 are hit by live bullets, 7 by plastic bullets. Earlier, soldiers on the Israeli side of the border fired live bullets, tear gas to disperse about 600 Palestinians blocking Israeli bulldozers.
