A federal judge in New York rules that detained Hamas political leader Abu Marzuq can be extradited to Israel, which wants to try him for murder, terrorism. Abu Marzuq has been detained in solitary confinement by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service since 7/25/95. His case is handed over to Secy. of State Christopher, who must make the final decision on extradition.
