Occupied Palestine/Israel: Israeli authorities lift closure of W. Bank and Gaza Strip, allowing residents to cross into Israel and E. Jerusalem. Authorities allow fuel to be delivered to fuel stations in W. Bank. In Hebron-district village of Bayt Rush, Palestinian is shot dead by soldiers during clash.
