In Jenin r.c., eyewitnesses report that IDF bulldozers are burying Palestinian bodies; Israel says it is merely burying the dead to prevent a health crisis; the IDF says it plans to move corpses to a remote "enemy's cemetery" in the Jordan Valley. Sharon's office says the 200 Palestinians in the Church of the Nativity can end their siege by either submitting themselves to trial in an IDF military court or going into exile abroad.
